NRC Competition Intercooler Kit has a mains dimension of approx. 611mm x 441mm x 65mm, corresponds to approx. an air volume of 17.45L) and thus offers a 10% larger flow area and 50% more cargo air volume compared to the original Audi, VW, Seat, Skoda charge air cooler.
Our cooling network is designed in such a way that components behind it, such as .B water cooler, fan motors and the like, can still develop sufficient cooling effect.
The better flow surface and higher air volume improve cooling, back pressure and shock ratio, especially at higher loading pressures.
The charge air cooler is supplied with specially adapted and high-pressure-resistant silicone hoses. This can also partly ensure a faster and better charging pressure build-up (better response).
For assembly, the orig. Replaced the charge air cooler with our NRC charge air cooler.
The NRC Competition Intercooler Kit is treated with a thermally conductive coating for a long service life in hard everyday life ("ACC" coated AntiCorrossionCaoting).
