Wavetrac's limited-slip differentials present a novel and patented Torsen differential technology. In normal road and racing use, the Torsen principle has proven successful. However, under extreme conditions (such as aggressive cornering) the following problem arises: as soon as one wheel is completely unloaded, no driving force is transmitted to the other wheel either. The innovative Wavetrac technology solves this problem. The Wavetrac differentials are therefore particularly recommended for slalom and circuit vehicles.
